Data Collection

We collect your name, email, phone number, and payment identifiers such as UPI VPAs or Paytm mobile numbers only at the point you provide them. No additional profiling data is pulled from third-party sources without your consent.

Cookie Usage

Cookies on 9game.run fall into three categories: strictly necessary (session management), functional (your language and currency preferences), and analytics (aggregate traffic patterns). You can manage non-essential cookies via the cookie banner on first visit.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text. All connections between your browser and 9game.run are encrypted via TLS, and login attempts are rate-limited to slow credential-stuffing attacks.

Data Retention

We keep active account records for as long as your account remains open. On account closure, non-financial records are deleted within 90 days. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to access a copy of the data we hold, request corrections to inaccurate records, and ask for deletion of data we no longer need. Submit any of these requests through the in-account form or our privacy email address.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with payment processors (UPI rails, Paytm, PhonePe) only to the extent needed to complete your transaction. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
